Secret Score: Lucy Paris
Pssstt! I’ve got a little score to share with you – but there is not much out there about them: Lucy Paris.
On my two trips to Paris this past spring I’ve made ‘home’ in the bottom of the 17th arrondissement. It’s not the most affluent hood, but very central and I love the flat I get to use! Another surprise is some of the little shops that (unlike the other areas I spend time in Paris) are windows full of Chloe and Cavalli.
Poking around in some these shops I discovered Lucy Paris. I have about 3 tops and a dress – crepe and faux silk – that have garnered so many compliments. Best part: each of theme was under 10 Euros (that’s around $12!). That’s better than Forever 21.

This “it” gal is all about cooking and baking. You can find me spending all my evenings trying new recipes and the weekends testing them out with friends while entertaining. In January 2013 it was announced that Gucci Timepieces and Jewelry were coming together with Chinese actress and Goodwill Ambassador for the United Nations, Li Bingbing, on a new Collection – an eco-friendly limited edition Bamboo watch collection.
Each watch is handmade, as if that isn’t impressive enough; they are using bezel, a lightweight bamboo and have also created a bracelet to complete the collection. The bracelet is made of bamboo and Tagua nut, which is a vegetable ivory as opposed to using animal tusks.
You can purchase this watch online at Gucci, choosing from the three styles available. The collection is beautiful and simple with much attention to detail like the “Responsible Life” script you will find engraved into each piece. I think the silver accents the naturalness of the bamboo perfectly, making this piece a luxury watch must-have to keep wrapped around your pretty little wrist.
