Ruching has been a huge trend on the runways this 
Fall 2009 where evening attire did not seem complete without a multitude of draped layers like this dress from Walter.
Ruching for the most part far from subtle – please ladies keep it to one item per outfit and let that be your statement. Whether an amazing ruched clutch, pleather leggings (which are HOT – keep your eyes open for those!) a skirt, blouse or dress you don’t want to go overboard with this one.
Tip: This trend let’s you wear a ridiculously tight dress at the same time masking that problem area with strategically placed ruching – it’s perfect! Eat all you want on a date.
