While I’ve not started picking out my party dress for the season I have nailed down the perfect little clutch purse. This Banana Republic Jeweled Roll Clutch is divine. With chunky embellishments it comes in silver, black or royal blue.

This decent size party bag will actually hold more than a valet ticket and gum. And as you’re packing away all your party bits you’ll love the decadent, pretty pink satin lining. This bag is so darn glamifying that it might be enough to recycle a dress from a season gone by. This is by far the smartest holiday accessory to spend on.

Cocktail Sparklers

Fall and winter 2008 must-haves are the statement necklace and the huge cocktail ring. You’ve surely noticed these everywhere - but it’s sometimes hard to find options that are  more unique than what you’ll find at Banana Republic.

I’ve found the motherload of cocktails rings with character! Ringselectic has the Cocktail Hour, Modern Day and New York collections to peruse for big sparklers for your fingers. A fun part about these rings is that you can mix and match your base color to the decorative tops.

The website says to call for prices, but a source told me many are under $100. Oh, speaking of statement necklace trends, there’s also a few of those for more of a splurge.

Shoppers At The It Lists we get lots of products to consider for review - many that are sold at your local Shoppers Drug Mart. So when their beautyBOUTIQUE throws a GALA EVENT we pay attention.  Shoppers’ GALA EVENT will host Makeovers and Skin Consultations and will have a hand in helping with the charity Look Good Feel Better.

Amazemint Pout

Polish your pout, freshen your breath with Crest peppermint oil, and brighten your smile. Those are the accolades of new CoverGirl Wetslicks Amazement.

But what’s had me addicted is that while it’s refreshing and tingly (and I’m all about that), at the same time it’s really, really moisturizing and not sticky. And as the days get colder, darker and dryer that’s  huge!

I’m a gloss junky and always have a few handfuls of glosses in my purse. So it’s major that I keep on looking for the blue tops of CoverGirl Amazemint. There are 13 fresh mint-infused colors to pick from - my favs are the No Care Bare (subtle nude) and Everything’s Rosy (nice pink).
