May “it” Girl – Sarah Jessica Parker

Okay – you’re going to think this month’s “it” girl is a lame pick, but seriously you have to give her props. Sarah Jessica Parker went from geek on Square Pegs (um, any of you remember this short lived tribute to Valley Girl culture??) to fashion maven.
With Sex and the City, SJP gave the world a snapshot into glam’ girlworld like no other media before. Legendary TV for any fashionista. And man has she milked her success from perfume to budget clothes (Bitten) – - come on the show ended four years ago.
Part of me is sick of hearing about the movie, the clothes, the hype – but still have to say I still can’t wait for girls nite out to catch Sex and the City: The Movie followed by tons of Cosmos. May 30 I will get Carried away!

SJP is definitely a fashion ‘it’ girl- i love her style… where can i find dresses like the ones she wears in the series??? i believe a lot of them are vintage? my fav site for vintage dresses is shopgoldyn.com ’s goldyn vintage section- they have some beautiful pieces
