In January 2013 it was announced that Gucci Timepieces and Jewelry were coming together with Chinese actress and Goodwill Ambassador for the United Nations, Li Bingbing, on a new Collection – an eco-friendly limited edition Bamboo watch collection.
Each watch is handmade, as if that isn’t impressive enough; they are using bezel, a lightweight bamboo and have also created a bracelet to complete the collection. The bracelet is made of bamboo and Tagua nut, which is a vegetable ivory as opposed to using animal tusks.

The collection is beautiful and simple with much attention to detail like the “Responsible Life” script you will find engraved into each piece.
