Wenlan Chia’s has whimsical take on feminine dressing -- with a dash of exotic, dose of pop culture and a sense of humor. Her line is pleasantly named, Twinkle by Wenlan.
Twinkle made it’s debut in 2002 at the Gen Art Fresh Faces Fashion Show – the first collection got huge thumbs up from both NY Times and WWD. Barney’s, Bloomingdale’s, Calypso and Saks, Curve, Elisa B and tons more. So now the The Twinkle signature is creative knitwear – transforming chunky yarns into unexpected shapes.
Now Twinkle is translating its flair to other fabrics. These Twinkle by Wenlan dresses in velvet do just that.
