It’s all Fenugreek to Me ~ theitlists.com

Oh yay – now I get to smell like more food to my husband.  After exploring iLike’s paprika I decided to try some more spice.

One of the oldest medicinal plants, fenugreek’s earliest recorded use dates back to the ancient Egyptians – even found in Tutankhamun’s tomb.  Fenugreek is often used in the prep for pickles, curry powders and pastes, and is often encountered in Egyptian and Indian cuisine.

For cosmetic purposes, fenugreek has a rep as a skin softener and is often in soothing facial masks. In ilike’s Fenugreek Gel for Wrinkles this organic concoction of hydrofirming marvel is applied to loose skin on the face, double chin, fine lines and deep neckline wrinkles.

The gel goes deep where no fenugreek has gone before – and regenerates skin functions, nourishes, soothes the skin and lifts drooping eyelids. Recommended for younger skin, and yes 30 somethings count.
